The Irish National Taekwon-Do Association (INTA) is delighted to announce their affiliation to the Irish Taekwondo Union (ITU) as Associate Members with effect from Sunday 15th July 2012.

Commenting on this historical event INTA President Master Brendan O’Toole (VIII Degree):

 “We in the INTA are delighted to announce this historical step for the development of both the ITF and WTF styles of Taekwon-Do here in Ireland. The benefits for our INTA members include Garda Vetting, Irish Sports Council recognition, Coaching Courses and access to Olympic training for our next generation of young sporting hopefuls. There is the opportunity for both organisations to share training programmes, seminars and develop a shared vision for the future of Taekwon-Do. I personally would like to thank the tireless efforts of our own Board members and in particular Mr Martin Flemming ITU President in driving this forward...
